Since we offer services rather than products, we do not accept returns.
Delivery time-frames are different for all products and based on your personal requirements, so will be discussed and presented in writing prior to work commencing.
Time-frames are advisory only and not a guarantee of any specific date, unless this is specifically agreed in writing stating an enforced deadline.
Refunds will only be available in the event that we are unable to provide the agreed upon service, or subject to our discretion, if we are unable to meet the agreed time-frame.
Delays caused by customer changes, slow feedback or other matters outside of our control shall not be eligible for refunds.
Any refund offered will be for the uncompleted work, any completed tasks will be charged pro-rate to the full project.
If the customer cancels the project then they agree to forfeit any current payments made and agree to pay any remaining payments that were already due at the time of the cancellation.
Where a staged payment plan is in effect any payments not yet due shall be cancelled.
The company may choose to offer a refund above these levels at it’s sole discretion.
